Welcome to GTU Group Online (https://gtu-group.online), the official eCommerce and B2B platform of GTU Group Sp. z o.o., a registered furniture manufacturer and distributor. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and business engagements. By using this website, you confirm your agreement with the following terms.
1. General Terms for All Users
1.1. Company Overview
GTU Group Sp. z o.o. operates a multi-channel furniture distribution platform for individual buyers and business clients (wholesalers and dropshippers). All business is conducted from our headquarters at:

1.2. Product Information
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but occasional errors or changes may occur. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
1.3. Order Processing and Payments
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Customers receive a confirmation email after successful order placement.
1.4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery conditions depend on order size, destination, and customer type. Estimated shipping times are communicated during checkout or order confirmation. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues).
1.5. Return & Refund Policy

Retail customers: 14-day return period (unused items in original packaging).

B2B clients: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days upon return approval.
2. Terms for End Buyers (Retail Customers)
2.1. Intended Use
All products are for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2. Warranty Coverage
All products come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty covering production defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, external factors, or normal wear and tear.

Retail customers can contact us via email or phone. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
3. Terms for Dropshipping Partners
3.1. Partner Registration
Dropshipping is available by prior approval only. Applications are reviewed by our B2B team.
3.2. B2B Pricing
Approved partners receive access to wholesale pricing and optional suggested retail prices.
3.3. Order Flow & Fulfillment
Orders must be placed via our B2B interface. We handle shipping to the end customer, or partners may organize their own pickup.
3.4. Returns & Claims
Only returns for damaged or defective products are accepted. You handle end-customer support and file claims on their behalf.
3.5. Use of Content
You may use our product images and descriptions in your listings. Customization is allowed as long as it accurately represents the products.
4. Terms for Wholesale Clients
4.1. Minimum Order Values
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and value are required. These are communicated during onboarding.
4.2. Payment Options
Prepayment is standard. Deferred payment terms are available to select partners based on transaction history.
4.3. Delivery
Pickup is available by appointment, or we can arrange shipping. Lead time depends on volume and availability.
4.4. Quality Claims
Inspect goods upon delivery. All claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic documentation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (product data, designs, branding) is the exclusive property of GTU Group Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
GTU Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of goods purchased.
7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
